Inspired by Portuguese traditions and a commitment to quality, founders Max and Jude brought their passion for food and wine to life here. Max, with a background in finance and a diploma from Le Cordon Bleu, honed his skills in his family’s restaurants, where business and hospitality always went hand in hand. Jude, an architect by training, grew up surrounded by incredible food and winemaking, sparking his love for hosting and all things wine.
